Refund/Exchange Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Foamy ZA (Pty) Ltd.
We always aim for customer satisfaction and to minimize the impact to the consumer in case of returns, refunds or exchange.
To protect the consumer from contamination, some products may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Manufactured items and special request orders may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
We are not liable for loss or damage during travel once stocks have left our premises; when own collection is used.
N.B. Some plastic items, especially bottles made from P.E.T material are sensitive to sun, light and heat which may cause the product to deform.
Delivery costs are non-refundable after the delivery is made and returning stocks remain the responsibility of the consumer.
If the product is defective please contact us within 7 working days to initiate an exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund/exchange, you have to initiate an exchange within 7 days and return the product within 21 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund/exchange, where applicable. A refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
A restocking, admin, packaging and handling fee of up to 25% may be charged on returns/refunds/exchanges where applicable.
